porch areas, remote boat docks, stables, construction lots or
most any challenge other companies shy away from.
Our monitoring services are an integral part of our security
system. Our monitoring service is right here in Kentucky. We
can monitor for intrusion, fire, panic, environmental conditions,
power failures and more. Most of our monitoring facilities are
UL listted and complies with your insurance policy requirements
for security monitoring.
The central station is designed to withstand natural disasters
and has backup power sources and telephone lines to keep the
system operational if adverse conditions occur. The central
station operators are well-trained professionals who can assist
you or dispatch service personnel if necessary.

Structured Wiring

Structured wiring is a term our industry uses for systems designed
to provide high speed data and video cabling for the home or office.
Bluegrass Security Systems, Inc. custom designs a system using
special cable, outlets and distribution panels so that the customer
is provided connectivity to the Internet, video, telephone and
satellite services throughout the home or office.
Our system uses multi port outlets eliminating the wall clutter
and space required by separate outlets. The main distribution
panel is located in an accessible area and allows for a convenient
way to reconfigure or change system settings.
The system is designed to "Future Proof" your home using
the latest in high speed CAT5 data cabling and Quad Shield RG-6
video cable. The system will distribute digital satellite signals
to all outlets as well as provide for simultaneous fax, phone,
and data connections at each port.

Central
Vac {}
Central vacuum systems provide a convenient, quiet way to vacuum
your home. The main power unit is located in the garage and
collects dirt and dust outside the living area of the home for
a cleaner environment. Since the motor unit is also outside
the living area, the system is very quiet.
Outlets for the vacuum are strategically located in the home,
piping is ran back to the central unit concealed in the walls
and attic.
Our systems come complete with a long electric hose and tool
kit. Options for the system include upgraded tools and hoses,
built-in vac pans for sweeping debris into an outlet, and car
care kits.

Sound and video systems are an exciting and fun part of our

Intercom

Intercom systems allow you to answer the door from any room
in the home. You can also have music distributed to all stations
and have the ability to monitor selected stations such as baby
rooms.
Each station can also select a privacy mode which prevents monitoring
of the room. We can provide enhanced features such as video
surveillance of the front door, stereo system interface so your
favorite CD or tape can play through the intercom and weatherproof
station for front gates or boat docks.
